The Chosen Blasphemy a 4 Minute Viewpoint on Why

The Chosen Blasphemy a 4 Minute Viewpoint on Why AUDIO

A viewpoint from others that have expressed the same thoughts on The Chosen!

Reasons Why I Won’t Watch 'The Chosen' “ANYMORE”

The Chosen has a gross disregard for Christ and makes light of Him. If there were no other point, this would be enough to discard it as a grave and dangerous error. Yet there are dozens of such points. Where the Bible leads us to salvation, the Chosen leads us to lightly regard truth, repentance, and Christ's sacrifice for us while seeing Him as a common man. Portions of Scripture that are essential and reveal conversion are twisted to amuse and entertain. If you are looking for entertainment, I am sure there are better ones out there than this vile interpretation of Jesus.

There is no light in this satanic portrayal and twisted humanist production. Those who care about preparing for Jesus' coming should shun the works of darkness.

Yes, there will be people that love it, but then again, have they read their Bible? And yes, there are those that have read it and made it out to however it suits their thoughts to comprehend it, and like most people nowadays, follow whatever false teacher sounds good and soothing so they don’t have to read it because it’s so scary, and if they did read it, they would know in the last days many will be led astray, and there’s those who want their ideas of Jesus portrayed to suit their agendas.

So to 'The Chosen' fans:

Imagine you have a very close best friend.  You love this best friend with all your heart. He has promised to never leave you nor forsake you, and He has shown Himself to be faithful and true thousands of times in your life. He has done for you countless things you've asked Him to do and has guided you through many difficulties throughout several decades of your life.

So to 'The Chosen' fans:

He even has saved your very life. You owe your life and everything you have to Him.

So to 'The Chosen' fans:

So because of your love and deep devotion to Him, it has hurt you to see His reputation publicly maligned and misrepresented. Your heart is grieved to see that some people in a very public way are manipulating the public into believing things portrayed about Him, which, according to The Book, which He wants everyone in the world to read about Himself so that they too can know Him intimately like you do, are not true at all. For example, the book that He wants everyone to read about Himself reveals His character and His very nature to be a certain way, but the people mentioned here have created a false narrative that does not represent who He really is, and His identity matters.

So to 'The Chosen' fans:

These people have created a TV show that badly misrepresents your friend, puts words in His mouth that He never said, tells lies about the lives of His friends, makes Him out to be "flawed" according to their own description of Him, in need of help, unsure of Himself, so many untrue things, too much to list here, and it doesn't present His actual very unique nature. You know your friend, and you know that the character they are presenting to the world isn't Him at all. This fictitious character being presented does and says things contrary to what is revealed about Your Friend in the book and behaves in ways counter to who your friend really is. And that is not okay.

So to 'The Chosen' fans:

In fact, it's so bad that they even slanderously said that he "transgressed" (sinned!) when he was 12, which you know is absolutely not true!

So to 'The Chosen' fans:

Because you love your friend and you want to be a good friend to Him, which is the least you can do after all He has done for you, you speak up and defend His reputation, which is being slandered. It's the least you can do. It's what you must do. Yes people will say Jesus doesn't need defending but then again we, however, are commanded to use apologetics in as many or more places as we are told to preach the gospel.

So in conclusion, THEY DON’T GET IT, but they will. He is coming. Are you on the straight and narrow, or just skating by? But remember, you have to answer for your sins alone before Jesus, our judge, and savior, so as the saying goes, choose wisely, my friends!
